Dear Kingstree Owners,

Pool season is almost here!

The pool will open Saturday, May 24th at 8:00am and then will be open every day from 8:00am until 8:00pm until Labor Day.

There is a $25 fee for lost/misplaced cards (there is no fee for owners who moved in since last pool season). If your card did not work last season, please email a copy of the card (with the card number showing) to the Board in order for them to confirm it matches what is in our system.

If you need a card, the process is:

  • All card requests should be sent to kingstreebod@yahoo.com. Please give the Board your name and property address in the email.

  • You can pay online or by mail. Instructions on how to pay will be given to you.

  • Cards pick up options will be given once pool card fee is paid. Please email the Board when you pay the fee.

  • Pool card pick up will take approximately 5-7 days from date funds are received.

  • Renters can only receive their cards from the owner of the home or their property management company as they are legally responsible for the actions of their tenants.

Card pickup options are weekly starting the week of April 7th through the week of May 19th and are by appointment only. Again, please keep in mind that if it is a replacement card, the appointment will be made once the fees is paid and you email the Board. Book early so that you don't miss your opportunity!!!

Only accounts that are current on their assessments will have an activated pool card.
