Pool Opening 2026

Dear Kingstree Owners,

Pool season is almost here!

The pool will open Saturday, May 23rd at 8:00am and then will be open every day from 8:00am until 8:00pm until Labor Day.

A pool card is required for entry into the pool. All homeowners/residents must use their pool card to gain entry into the pool area. If your card does not work, you will not be allowed to enter the pool – contact KingstreeBOD@yahoo.com for assistance.

Homeowners who are not current on all HOA Assessments will not be allowed to use the pool until the balance is paid in full. Once you pay in full, please send email to KingstreeBOD@yahoo.com.

All new owners who moved in after August 2025 have already been sent a new pool card.

If you have lost your pool card, the cost to replace it is $25.00. Please contact the Board if you need a new pool card - KingstreeBOD@yahoo.com. You will be sent instructions on how to pay for your pool card. Once the fee is received, you will be mailed a card. The last day to request a card in order for it to be received before the pool opens is May 13.

Only accounts that are current on their assessments will have an activated pool card.
