The pool is for the EXCLUSIVE use of the Kingstree homeowners.

Pool card is required for entry into the pool. All homeowners/residents must use their pool card to gain entry into the pool area. If your card does not work, you will not be allowed to enter the pool – contact

NO LIFEGUARD: Swim at your own risk
NO ANIMALS ALLOWED
GLASS CONTAINERS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON POOL GROUNDS! Coolers and bags may be checked for glass containers. If a glass container is found, you will be asked to leave the pool grounds and pool parking lot to discard the glass container before returning. Failure to comply could result in a ban from the pool for the season.
*The glass container cannot be discarded on pool grounds.
POOL SECURITY: All users of the pool (homeowners, renters, guests, etc) must follow the guidance provided by the pool security guard, Board Members, AMG, and Local Authorities.
POOL GROUNDS: Defined as the ‘Gated Pool Area’, the surrounding area and the adjoining parking lot.
SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED ON THE POOL GROUNDS: This includes cigarettes, cigars, vapes, hookahs, etc.
GUESTS OF RESIDENTS: Homeowners/Residents may have no more than four (4) guests at the pool without prior approval from the HOA. Guests are always the sole responsibility of the homeowner/resident.
1. Guests may not be at the pool without the accompaniment of the homeowner and/or renter.
OVERDUE ASSESSMENTS: Homeowners who are not current on all HOA Assessments will not be allowed to use the pool until the balance is paid in full. Once you pay in full, send email to KingstreeBOD@yahoo.com.
FOOD: Any food consumed or brought to the pool must be cleaned up & properly disposed of before the homeowner and/or guest leaves the pool area. NO GLASS CONTAINERS.
MUSIC: Music is to be kept at a low level so as not disturb other guests in the area.
CHILDREN: All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult homeowner/resident 18 years old & older. Children between the ages of 16-17 are allowed at the pool without an adult homeowner/resident however they are not allowed to have guests with them.
ROUGH HOUSING and/or OBNOXIOUS BEHAVIOR: Running, rough housing, rude/obnoxious behavior or other wild or illegal activity will not be tolerated.
SHOWER: All homeowners and guests must shower before entering the pool by using the showers provided at the pool.
LOST CARD: $25 replacement fee. Contact KingstreeBOD@yahoo.com.
POOL HOURS: 8:00am – 8:00pm Daily. Pool hours are posted on the gate. All guests must leave once the pool closes.
POOL FURNITURE: Replace all furniture to original location before leaving. Close umbrella.
INCLEMENT WEATHER: All homeowners and guests should vacate the pool and pool cabana area during inclement weather. The pool will be closed when inclement weather/forecast is imminent.

ANYONE THAT VIOLATES THE RULES CAN BE ASKED TO LEAVE, FINED OR BANNED FROM THE POOL FOR THE ENTIRE SEASON AND/OR BE ARRESTED FOR TRESPASSING
