How do I access AMG site?

• Go to amgworld.com

• Click on Home Owner Login button under the main banner.

• If you have credentials already, log into "Login - Resident" form.

• If you forgot your credentials, you will need your account number and an email address where you receive your Kingstree information.

  • Click on "Forgot Password?"

• If you never logged in, click on "Help" tab and click on "Form" under App Registration.

How do I view the HOA budget and other important documents?

• Log into AMG website (see instructions above).

• Click on "Documents" on the top tab list or left menu block.

• Kingstree Budget is the summary of the community budget.

Where are my dues going?

• See the Budget and Financials for the breakdown of the costs.

How do I pay my HOA dues?

If you haven't yet registered on First Citizens Bank site.

• Log into AMG website (see instructions above).

• Under left menu block, click on "E-Pay" tab and go to "eCard".

• Sign up for an account and follow the instructions.

If you already have an account, go to FCB directly.

Note:

• In order to not pay Admin fees to FCB, you'll need to setup an automated withdrawal from a checking or savings account.

• Any other types of payments will have an Admin fee that is proportional to the amount you are paying.

Why are my dues always going up?

Inflation. Business costs increase just like consumer costs.

How do rentals work and what are the current caps?

Per DCCRs, within Kingstree Community, up to 20% of rentals are allowed per lot type.

• Townhomes

• Condominiums

• 40ft lot (Courtyard)

• 50ft lot (Single-family)

• 60ft lot (Single-family)

Please remember that new rental requests and any updates to the rental agreements must be approved by the Board.
If in doubt, contact the Board for more details.

How do I get a pool card?

Community spaces access can be revoked if the rules are not followed.
Please be respectful of the property and your neighbors.
